Description:

For this project, the staff of Augusta Engineering performed the engineering, design, procurement, document control, project management and construction support. The project was for a retrofit facility, which would produce an agricultural intermediate. The facility incorporated a Moore Products APACS Control System and Quad-Log safety system designed to S88.01 standards.

The project utilized existing reactors in an existing structure with most ancillary equipment; such as heat exchangers, pumps, instruments and piping being new. The project was completed within a very aggressive schedule of nine months and made the first batch within specifications.
